Founder & Executive Director

Beth is the cofounder and executive director of Behavior Analytic Services of Connecticut, LLC. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and is licensed in the state of Connecticut. Beth holds a sixth year diploma in applied behavior analysis from Southern Connecticut Sate University, a master's in education with a concentration in autism spectrum disorders from Southern Connecticut State University, and a bachelor's in education from Central Connecticut State University. Beth has experience working with individuals throughout the autism spectrum; however, she specializes in the treatment of individuals with significant social and behavioral issues. She has experience in both school and home settings and works to promote generalization of social, behavioral, and communication skills across environments for individual's increased independence. Beth is highly trained in applied behavior analysis, including behavior assessments, antecedent interventions, social skill development, behavioral reduction, functional communication training and reinforcement-based strategies. She is also trained in developmental therapy and uses both methodologies in her practice.

Colleen Parise

MEd, BCBA, LBA

Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Founder & Clinical Director

Colleen is the cofounder and clinical director of Behavior Analytic Services of Connecticut, LLC. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and is licensed in the state of Connecticut. She holds a master's degree in education with a specialization in curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. Colleen is highly trained in applied behavior analysis across various settings including private and public schools, as well as in-home intervention. Her experience spans early intervention, intensive academic instruction, implementing behavior intervention plans, and functional communication training. She has knowledge and experiences in the areas of behavioral assessment and intervention including functional assessment/analysis, antecedent intervention, reinforcement-based strategies, and a variety of instructional procedures (e.g., DTT, precision teaching, verbal behavior, functional/living skills, and task analysis) for individuals with autism and related disabilities.

Vicki is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed in the state of Connecticut.  She holds a master's degree in special education, with a concentration in autism and other developmental disabilities from Southern Connecticut State University, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Western New England University. Vicki has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities in both private and public schools, as well as across ages ranging from preschool to adolescents and adults.  She is well trained and experienced in behavior assessments, including functional behavior assessments and functional analyses.  She uses the principles of applied behavior analysis and a wide variety of instructional strategies in order to increase skill acquisition and reduce problem behavior.  In her spar time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and taking walks with her dog.  She also loves to spend time with her friends and family, including her 13 nieces and nephews.

Kiara Gonzalez

Human Resources Manager

Kiara Gonzalez is the Human Resources Manager of Behavior Analytic Services of CT.  She was employed with us previously as a Behavior Therapist for several years and then took some time off when she became a new mom.  Kiara has returned as of 2021 to manage Human Resources.  Kiara has 3 years of experience working with children with special needs and is in her 4th year of working as a Human Resources professional.  She carries a bachelor's degree in Pyschology with a specialization in Mental Health as well as a master's degree in human resources management.  In her free time Kiara enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and binging her favorite TV shows.  She loves the work that she does and is passionate about the company's mission statement and hopes to help create a fulfilling workplace for all.

Crystal Coughlin

Lead Behavior Therapist

Crystal is a Lead Behavior Therapist at Behavior Analytic Services of Connecticut. She is currently pursuing a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Crystal has always been passionate about working with children who have autism and is very fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue that passion. She has been in the field of ABA for nearly ten years, providing services in both private schools and in-home settings. She has grown immensely in the field and has gained the knowledge and experience necessary to provide quality ABA services to children with autism. She is responsible for the training of new staff and implementing behavior and treatment plans. Crystal's experience continues to be rewarding and gratifying and fulfills her life with enjoyment.

Angela Carroll

Lead Behavior Therapist

Angela Carroll is a Behavior Therapist with Behavior Analytic Services of CT. She has been employed with us since December of 2018. Prior to working with BAS she was a behavior therapist at Shoreline Center for Autism and Developmental Disorders for 2 years. Her experience working with special needs started when she worked at Cooperative Educational Services. After obtaining her Bachelors in Social Work, she began working at CES and spent 11 years working as an Educational Instructor. She took a year and a half off after having her son before starting at Shoreline Center as a behavior therapist.  When not at work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family which include her husband, 4 year old son and 2 dogs! They love to travel and spend time outdoors! Angela also enjoys reading, running and snowboarding.
